I can’t wait to witness Gehraiyaan! Part-2.

#Gehraiyaan team officially released just three videos, and the expectation for this film is exceptional!
Even people who don’t watch Hindi movies and don’t know the Hindi language are counting the days.

Is it because of the intimate scene?
Is it because of the talented cast & splendid crew?
Is it because of the technical team with soulful music and stunning visuals?
It is because people find it challenging to lead a happy and healthy relationship?

My answer to witness Gehraiyaan has changed, or am I changing?
I think I have!

Love is neither created nor destroyed!
We can never form bonding with someone on our own, and it naturally happens.
We can’t erase a few people and our memories about them.
People who understand the other person will stay if things go well, and they split for critical reasons.

Love and marriage is so simple if they both
understand each other,
communicate all things,
care and support unconditionally, and
be there for each other, even if one of them is feeling extremely low mentally/physically!

People make relationships hard by having
complications & miscommunications,
not understanding and accepting the other person for who they are,
not giving their time and space,
not value their feelings and emotions!

I am no relationship adviser, nor I can define love or relationship.
I am just a normal 90s kid who got manipulated in the name of a relationship despite accepting them when they said I’m a celibate.
I have no right to complain about the person because I gave them complete control of my emotions and feelings.
But I have to thank them for making me the person I’m today and making me survive the most challenging times by myself.

My only mistake is that I blindly trusted them, and I got lost when I found it was all a big lie.
They gave things no one would have done in this generation. The only difference is that they know marriage won’t happen between us from day one, and I surrendered myself for her one word: she told me that she will marry me.

From the day I understood things around me,
I saw my Amma and Appa staying apart throughout their marriage.
It’s because of the work and the decisions they took.
But the things I daily underwent in my childhood had sowed seeds to want a person for myself even before I was seven years old.
I haven’t dated anyone and haven’t proposed to anyone if I have no intentions to marry them.
Maybe my childhood impressions about marriage when I didn’t know anything, and less exposure to the outer world made my recovery super tough!

No one is perfect.
A relationship is not for time-pass or to fulfilling your needs.
Don’t control your partner in any way.
Get out if you find that the other person is toxic; it won’t lead to marriage.

After watching the trailer several times, I drowned in this song with such depth of meaning.
Doobey – https://youtu.be/6eGCi4SVy94

These are my favourite scenes in this song.

1. Zain adores Alisha when she is teaching Yoga to him.
2. They do Yoga happily together, and Alisha smiles gorgeously.
3. Both gets witty smiles while texting each other. They got addicted to each other for sure!
4. Zain kisses Alisha’s hand passionately while driving.

The last time I took that person was to Mahabalipuram, and the person very well knew this would be the final meeting and the D-day.
On the way, I asked, why didn’t you hold my hand like you always do and the reply was I didn’t feel like doing it today.
I felt uncomfortable and couldn’t drive.
The place is more than 60 km from our place, and I openly asked, please hold my hand. But that person didn’t.
I understood things were not good, and I kept asking until we arrived at the place.
On the way back, I didn’t do anything.
To my huge surprise, she tightly held my arm, firmly within hers throughout the way back to the hostel.
It was hard for me mentally because she behaved completely different while visiting that place.
She held my hand super tight so that I couldn’t drive.
This is the last beautiful memory and moment of ours.

When I was just seven years old, I imagined that I wanted my life with my person holding her hands all through our entire life.
One day while crossing roads, that person held their father’s hand, and the father looked at that person in shock.
She said it got a habit to cross the roads holding my hands, and I did that while crossing the road with my father, and he felt strange with that action.
I always make sure she feels safe, and I haven’t let her cross the roads without holding her hands tightly within mine.
Safety is always first, and even during the 2015 Chennai Floods, I risked myself, our car and helped them board the bus to our hometown.
All they did to me was to drown in the memories we cherished together.

I won’t regret the love we had. I just don’t want anyone to undergo the things I have gone through.
Everything Happens For A Good Reason! 🙂

We’re coming back to the main content of this article.

I am happy Alisha found her love with Zain.
But why is Zain lying to Tia? and Alisha to Karan?
Please don’t do such things to anyone who trusts you.
If someone trusts you, you should forever be grateful to have their presence in your life.

“You were asking me if what we have is real?” Zain asks Alisha, and he tells the firm reply, “It is”!
Zain engaged to Tia, so Alisha started to question, will he be with her forever?

Tia asks, “He’s never at home”, and she replies, “Maybe he’s busy”.
Tia started to feel Zain was not around her, which was upsetting.

Between Tia and Alisha, Zain is struck.
Things need to be sorted out before it leaves their hands.

Two hard truths are shown as texts in the trailer:
Some Lies We Tell Others.
Some We Tell Ourself.

A lie is a single syllable word that can easily shatter the universe you were building to live with your partner.
Don’t hide anything, be frank, don’t keep secrets, and accept if you have made any mistakes.
The right person will accept you with your flaws, but you shouldn’t repeat them in the future.

In a relationship, you need to be true to yourself first.
If you care for your companion, you will never be able to hurt them.

Alisha asks Zain, “You didn’t feel guilty?”
He replied, “I did what I had to do.”

If I ever get a chance to meet the person who left me when I needed them the most.
I wanted to ask her this one question.
But I know it’s not worth asking her anything.
Some people want temporary happiness, and some want to see their companion happy throughout their life.
Make it clear what you want out of the relationship.
Don’t use others as objects and play with their feelings and emotions.

Beneath Every Lie Is A Secret.
The moment you framed the first secret, you have lost them completely. You have lost a person who trusted you so much and wanted to lead a life with you.

Tia gets angry at Zain, “You’re doing it for yourself. Bloody selfish”, after knowing about Alisha and Zain.

Everyone is selfish when it comes to their happiness.
Some even ignore there is a world outside.
But never hurt another person for your happiness.
Whatever you wish to do, say it directly to the other person.

Hurting others by saying the truth is far better than,
betraying/cheating them in the name of love/friendship!

I hope this movie will show the depth of:
do not lie to your partner or have secrets,
be clear and transparent about what you expect.
I really can’t wait for the movie.
I should stop taking resembles of each movie with that of my life.

Happy Valentine’s Day, in advance.
I don’t believe in this celebration.
Stay happy together to all committed folks.
Dear singles, your companion will meet you soon in any way.
If you’re in your transition period of anything, trust me, you’re going to witness the best version of yourself soon. Please don’t lose HOPE!
Be kind and support others. Spread happiness and positivity!

Happy Reading! ^_^

I can’t wait to witness Gehraiyaan!

I just realised writing makes me feel happy, and I missed it for a longer time.
It’s the 4th week of 2022, and I somehow want to post my 4th blog without making any excuse.

Love is a single syllable that has four letters, and the world revolves around this single syllable.

This blog is about the upcoming Indian movie called “Gehraiyaan”, meaning ‘Depths’, it’s about a Love Quadrangle.
They have planned to release before Valentine’s Day.

When a book/novel can turn into a movie, a two-minute advertisement can deliver a product, and a five-minute blog can convey knowledge!
Why shouldn’t a sub-3-minute movie trailer convey emotions?

Maybe I’m obsessed with this trailer and with the things shown here filled with just love and emotions.
I have already seen this trailer more than a hundred times and can’t wait for this movie.
I have been in a relationship once, and I have experienced every emotion shown in this trailer.
Millions are waiting for the film for various reasons.
My reason is simple,
i) How can you love a person after getting engaged to someone else?
ii) How can you be in a relationship with someone you know you can’t marry?

While I wanted to know the answer to these questions, I recently got addicted to a Tamil song featuring Rakul-Suriya.
This song’s lyrics beautifully explain their love. Suriya (already married) will start a relationship with Rakul. The link to the song is here, and it has English subtitles. I got the exact meaning from subtitles.
NGK (movie) – Anbae Peranbae – https://youtu.be/N_iW0VC3IdI

I wish I knew the Hindi language. Atringe Re got released in Dec, and I saw its Tamil version in Jan.
Now, I’m counting the days for this film, which will be released next month.
Thank you, subtitles and the writers; I can’t even understand one single sentence properly without you talented people.

My thoughts about the trailer are:

The trailer starts with the sound of breezy tidal waves, and we can hear Alisha saying, “I don’t like being at home”, sitting on a yacht.
She then says, “I feel so stuck”, and they show the tides climbing up high.

My Thoughts: Everyone feels so stuck with this pandemic, and people are battling tough times in these tiring times.
When will this pandemic end?

She tells her boyfriend, I’m doing extra classes and trying to make our relationship work better, and you don’t seem to put any effort in any manner.
He replies with much hesitation, “Stop over-reacting for no reason”.

MT: Why is it always one person who puts the entire effort into any relationship and the other enjoy thinking this person will do anything for us?

Alisha explains her childhood was similar growing up with her cousin Tia and everything seems different now.
They show the Yacht where the prominent four people meet and wacky things bloom.
Tia introduces her Fiance Zain to Alisha, and they smile at each other and do a firm handshake.
Then the four enter into a posh resort, and things start to change when they are sitting on a beach at night.

MT: Why is the beach such a spot for romantic thoughts and love feelings to arise? Our hormones start to react just similar to these tides, right?

The second convo between Alisha and Karan happens next, and Alisha says she wants to live like the other half of Mumbai.

MT: Mumbai has Dharavi (Asia’s largest slum) and Antilia (the most expensive house worth Rs. 10,000 Crore).
So Alisha was right; more than that, she wanted a happy relationship.

The first personal meeting happens between Alisha and Zain at the same Yacht, and he asks her, “You’ll need to take a leap of faith sometimes, right?”

MT: Is he saying this for himself too?
To take a bold step to be in a happy relationship?

Tia’s mother asks Zain, “Aren’t you happy that you met Tia?” he says, “Of course, Aunty,” but his facial expressions say he is not happy!

The two have their first conversation on the beach when Tia and Karan go into the beach, and Alisha immediately asks Zain, “Are you flirting with me”?

MT: You can’t flirt with a person you’re in love.
Even if you try to hide your emotions, you can’t hide certain things.
She didn’t ask with anger or in a harsh tone.

In the next scene, Zain holds a big blue drink bottle and asks Alisha to join symbolically, and Alisha happily smiles from the balcony.

MT: First time, Alisha is smiling so happily.
Not everyone can make you smile so happily that easily.

I have to skip a few scenes and dialogues. Sorry!

Zain visits Alisha in her house, and she is seen practises Yoga.
They both smile at each other with happiness, she shows him a “happy hi”. Zain says in his mind, “Tell me you want this too”.
Very next scene, he holds her hand softly.

MT: They both knew this would happen the moment they had their first handshake, but Zain waited and wanted to make her feel safe.

Zain knocked at the door of Alisha’s house with a wounded hand, and she was standing behind the door, saying to herself, “I don’t want to get hurt again”.

MT: They both started to love each other, and after so many confusions, Alisha wanted to end this.
Yet Zain knocks her heart with him being broken, and wants to be with the love of his life.
Every person will be hurt after a friendship/relationship breakup.
Not everyone can hurt us easily.
She lets him into the house and also into her heart.

A song is played in the background, and I can’t wait to hear the full version.

Alisha is seen happy being in Zain’s arms, both doing Yoga on the very same Yacht and I want to end my blog with a happy note too!

I have always wanted to make a blog with a second part.
I tried to make one for my Mumbai blog, but I couldn’t.
I hope to make this a two-part blog to express more things happening in the second part of the trailer.
I wish Alisha and Zain end up together in the movie, no matter what happens.

A person can go to any depth for the love of their life and that’s why they choose this title?

Hey #Rinku, I’m Really Happy For You!!!! :) ^_^

On Dec 24th, all of sudden, I took my phone and checked the release date of #AtrangiRe.
It was the release day and staying next to Mall of Emirates, I badly wanted to see this movie and planned to watch it in Tamil. But there was no show for the Tamil version and me being with my family after a long time, thought to see it later. Hotstar doesn’t work here and I even searched whether there is any local OTT platform that has this movie with them and to my luck, the answer is No.

I also wanted to watch Spiderman: No Way Home, 83, and Bachelor, and I know it won’t be happening any near. But the inner me was telling, you will soon watch Galatta Kalyanam.

Being a huge music album fan of the movie Raanjhanaa in both Tamil and Hindi, YouTube started to show me the songs of Galatta Kalyanam in my feed. They released one after the other with a gap and I started to get addicted to “Little Little” first, followed by “Kadhalai Solla Mudiyadha”.
Finally got addicted to Sooravali Ponnu after watching the movie, the video song is released today and I have already seen it 4 times.

Dec 24th a sudden thought came to see the movie and now on Jan 14th, I got obsessed with the songs, Rinku’s character, the bonding between Rinku and Vishu and here I am writing a blog!

Instantly fell in love completely with “Little Little” video song for the cute movements and lyrics.
Now my mind said, enough just do it (watch the movie).
After two days fell deeply in love with “Kadhalai Sola Mudiyadha” for the lyrics and I started to imagine the plot in my own thoughts.

I was really enjoying these two songs all day, and finally saw the movie all of a sudden!
Being an emotional idiot, I cried a lot in the climax.
The impact of #Rinku’s character got linked with my life and I couldn’t stop myself from crying.
I never expected this movie will give such an impact to me personally.

After the movie I started to think about the past, me getting beatings from my father, mother, and even relatives for doing no wrong and my parents simply watch from the next room.
If Gods do mischief, they will celebrate, when their kid does, they will beat them.
Is there any kid in this whole universe who won’t do any mischief?
What wrong did I have done to get kneel down over rock salt being just 8 years old and to get beatings from a leather belt? I have ran out of my house thrice because my parents never ever cared about my mental health. My Appa used to be with me for a month and the next month he disappears, Amma used to be inside the kitchen from morning 6 – night 9 taking care of her in-laws.
I felt a part of me inside Rinku and I know the suffering, having no one with them in their childhood and being abused mentally and beaten physically.
All my relatives have scolded me with all the bad things and not even once, both my parents intervene and stop such things. I was beaten heavily by one of my uncles and even kicked by him, this happened in our house and I still remember me crying and no one came to rescue. I was just 8 years old I think.
Physical scars we get in childhood will disappear, the mentally suffering will always be with them no matter what happens.

Because of my relatives, I have to change my school for higher secondary education.
My parents were afraid of culture and didn’t let me join a college in Chennai.
It was all suffering each day from my childhood till I finished college and when I was happy that I finally have a person for myself, everything got collapsed and I lost myself completely and had thoughts to end my life.
After a few months, I asked my father, I need to join a gym I need to come out of this and he simply said me I have no money.
You may have family, money, house, car and if you don’t have peace of mind it’s the most terrible thing.
They just wanted things to go by their will and never ever cared what I wanted in my life, till date. 🙂

I can’t change what happened, every time I see a friend or relative, who work away from their city, I’ll request them. Please take your kid with you. I don’t want any kid to undergo the pain I have gone. People think money is the ultimate, forgetting that it can’t buy any amount of small happiness a kid wanted in their childhood.

I hope I’m totally out of all my trauma and I want a happy peaceful life for myself now.
I feel fresh air in my life for the very first time in my life.

I was so happy for Rinku and Vishu, and the reasons are below! ^_^

Why I was happy for Rinku!

1. I was so happy when #Rinku put her head out of the Auto at New Delhi.
She finally got freah air to breath for the very first time in her life. No, I didn’t mean the polluted air.
I myself got relieved that she, no more has to bear the pain given by her family from her childhood.
She was really happy and smiling till the engagement moment.

2. When she looked out of the Van after the engagement was stopped.
That’s the moment she started to realise she finally got a good life companion who will take care of her and love her unconditionally!

3. Her innocent look and the way she observes the outside world is just how a kid feels happy inside them!
I haven’t travelled much in my childhood, but I still remember the few places I travelled and I know the inner happiness going to a new place and noticing all small things and collecting fruitful memories.

4. When Vishu carriers her, I was really so happy she met their companion, who will create a happy world for both of them, be there for her no matter what happens and will keep her happy and smiling all the time!

Why Vishu deserves Rinku!

1. When Rinku cheek kissed Vishu, Vishu got overwhelmed and started to ask his friends, you saw right? She kissed me.
Despite being drunk, he managed to talk to others and he was in cloud nine.
When things went wrong, he started to break beer bottles with his head for Rinku, just like how Rinku’s mother beat herself when their family opposed her marriage.
But she was adamant to live with the love of her life.

2. In the ending, Vishu distributes sweet with happy tears, by saying. “My wife is back”.
He didn’t say anything about her this time.
Because he realised she didn’t have any disorder, but she have been long-longed to be loved and taken care by a person wholeheartedly, which she missed from her childhood!

3. Finally Rinku understood she found the one person who will take good care of her like her Father.
That’s why when Vishu carries her and walk, they show the younger version of the Kid Rinku smiling while being carried her father!

4. Every girl is a Queen, but first she’s a Princess to her Father!
I’m sure Vishu would take care of her more than how Sajjad Ali Khan would have cared for his daughter.
A true companion nevers asks to be loved, but will give everything he/she has with him/her to make his/her companion feel safe, secure, happy and especially will shower love, in abundance!

I hope their kids won’t have any suffers and wish l a happy peaceful childhood for all kids!

I wish no kid undergoes any sort of mental suggerings in their childhood.
They say kids are Gods, then why is God making many suffer when they can’t even handle a small sadness?

Max #UnleashTheLion

Motivation is what everyone needs in each day of their life to kick-start a productive day.

Few get motivated by reading books, exercising, watching movies or writing down.

I belong to the lesser category of people getting motivated by watching sports.

Being born in India, cricket is my all-time favourite sport. Since I love driving cars and bikes more, I watch Formula 1 at times.

People think it’s just a car, and you need to race fast and finish first.

Formula one is not just a race. It’s the most challenging sport/motorsport and the deadliest too.

A small mistake by you or your team, co-racer, fault in the car can land you in a massive accident involving a high-speed collision with greater G-force.

The tyres can explode at any time.

Any part can get failed at any point in time.

If the team doesn’t have a clear strategy, you lose points and positions.

If the pit stop crew took more milliseconds, you would lose multiple points and even podiums.

G-force is the physical force equivalent to one unit of gravity, multiplied during rapid direction changes or velocity.

While racing an F1 car, drivers experience extreme G-forces ( multiples in force of gravity) when they accelerate, brake and corner.

Every F1 driver loses around 2 to 3 kilograms in every race. They have to battle extreme dehydration and heat pressure throughout the race.

Each F1 race should have a minimum distance of 305 km, and the duration of the race cannot be more than 2 hours.

Drivers have lost their lives, scumbled with injuries racing in this dangerous sport.

Thanks to FIA’s safety regulations, they are being upgraded each year, considering the safety of the drivers.

I wanted to dedicate this blog to my favourite F1 racer, current Formula 1 World Champion “Max Verstappen”, who won the 2021 Formula One WDC (World Drivers’ Champions) for Redbull Honda Racing Team.

He is the best Formula One driver across all seasons and will remain the best forever.

Many say he is over-aggressive and makes contact on purpose to cause a collision.

No man will cause an accident on purpose. I merely escaped from 4 accidents. I know the physical pain caused after each accident and the mental fear will remain inside forever.

Think how much it would be for each driver constantly driving between 200-300 km/ph?

He was the youngest to participate in a Formula One race, get Podium and win a Formula One Grand Prox. He was a driver of pure talent and sheer determination.

Racing was in his DNA. He is a real fighter and never gives up person. His hashtag is #UnleashTheLion, and he has a roaring Lion pictured on the top of his helmet and me being a Leo. I love the way he drives aggressively without fear and with much confidence.

I told my friends who watch F1 that Max is one of the few drivers who will tough competition for Lewis in the upcoming WDC. Mercedes AMG Petronas team dominated in the Hybrid era (from 2014) and have won all the Drivers’ and Construsctors’ Championship from 2014 to 2020.

2021 was the year after a partial F1 season because of the corona breakout, and everyone was hoping for a good season. But it turned out to be the greatest ever season, and the title championship decider lasted till the very last race at Abu Dhabi. There were a few venue(track) changes due to the corona. Still, this season will hold a particular place because of the intense championship battle between eight times WDC Lewis Hamilton and the aggressive fearless Max Verstappen.

Despite having no luck in this season, Max gave up his full potential till the very last lap of the final Grand Prix at Abu Dhabi.

Being the race leader at Baku GP, his left rear tyre got punctured a few laps before the end.

People say the final Abu Dhabi GP got manipulated, and Lewis is the winner. If Max has won Baku GP, he is already the Formule One Champion even before the Abu Dhabi GP started.

He was taken down by LH at Silverstone, hitting the barriers at 200+ km/hr and a tremendous 51 G-force. Yet he came back stronger.

He hit the walls of Saudi Arabia’s last qualifying lap, which is named as the flying lap of the season because he drove the Redbull car RB16 in much control on the fasted and the most dangerous track ever raced. It’s unlucky that his front tyres got locked up before the final turn on the super flying lap and got a P2 start for the Saudi Arabian GP.

Happy Birthday HANUMAN!

Being born Hindu, each kid has heard stories about the super hero-God Hanuman! Stories about Hanuman attracted every kid. Kids love him than Lord Shiva or the incarnations of Lord Vishnu. Hanuman can fly, he is super strong, he can change his shape and even turn into any object with his shape-shifting ability, and who wouldn’t love his primary weapon-Gada(Mace). At least one friend on your list would own a Gada keychain, or it will be you.

I was born in the Kanyakumari (The Virgin Princess, considered the sister of Krishna) district, the southern tip of the peninsular Indian sub-continent and meeting place of three seas. It is one of those rare places to view both sunrise and sunset. As an infant, I grew up in a village just 3 km away from Suchindram’s Thanumalayan Temple, one among the few temples in the country where the Trinity, ‘Brahma, Vishnu and Ishvara’, are worshipped.

Isn’t it incredible that Hanuman has a connection with all three Gods?
He is the avatar of Lord Shiva or Rudra Avatar.
He then helps Rama, who is an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, to find Sita.
Lord Brahma gave Hanuman loads of boons and blessings, making him immortal, powerful, and invincible.

Our family shifted to Tirunelveli city, consisting of the sole perennial river in south India – Thamirabarani.
One of the oldest civilisations, Adichanallur, was found along the banks of this river. The carbon dating of samples excavated has revealed that they belonged to the period between 905 BC and 696 BC.
Tirunelveli consists of all five landscapes mentioned in Tamil literature- Kurinji-the hills, Mullai-the forests, Marutham-the plains, Neithal-the coasts and the sea, Palai-desert/dry land.
Tirunelveli is named after Nellaiyappar (Lord Shiva), is one of the Five Celestial Dance Sabhas [Divine Dance Stages] of Lord Siva.
The sthalapurāṇa says that a Brahmin, Veda Sanman by name, had spread the paddy on the floor for drying up. There was a flood in the place. It was then that Lord Shiva raised a fence around the paddy, kept for the worship of Shiva. He protected the granary from the floods. Hence, the place got the name Tirunelveli. The term tiru means “holy,” nel means “paddy”, and veli means “fence”.

Our family mainly worship Lord Shiva and resides in the city named after him, and one among the five places he has performed his cosmic dance. Lord Shiva was my no. 1 favourite from my childhood.
But I have started to like Hanuman more as I started to grow.
In first grade, I was diagnosed with primary complex and jaundice in third grade. My parents said I had suffered a lot, with the nebuliser, hard to get blood veins, and crying all the time in pain.
Both times I was admitted to the same hospital. Every morning I will wake up to an “ABT Parcel” truck with their logo of Lord Hanuman carrying the Sanjeevi mountain in his arms and flying effortlessly.
While writing this, I realised that he was there on purpose, like the herbs he bought for Lakshman’s treatment. He showed himself each day morning to make sure I get cured soon.
I still remember myself asking my parents who is he? Why is he carrying a mountain in his hands?
He became my favourite God pushing Lord Shiva to second place. Later, I learned that Hanuman is the incarnation of Lord Shiva.

Every time I visit Theroor, my mother’s native, I’ll go to Suchindram Temple. There is a tall Hanuman, tilting his head towards the right to worship Ram and Seeta on his opposite side. Our relative worked in the temple, he would give us prasadham, and I used to eat the pepper vada, his favourite food made during special occasions.

I have gone through severe mental illness as a kid, and Hanuman was with me all the time.
Hanuman saved me from multiple accidents. People say I drive fast. But I always drive with much consciousness and am always concerned about the things happening around the vehicle. I will look in all eight directions to ensure I don’t hurt anybody.
I battled Chicken Pox alone, and Hanuman helped me recover soon.
I got into a relationship, which broke me mentally and physically. I even started to hate everything and everyone, including myself. Hanuman made sure I wouldn’t get hurt lifelong.
It was Hanuman all the way being with me, helping me go in the right direction, taking care of me, bonding with people who will be there for me no matter what happens, and giving me the energy to face all situations.

When Hanuman can help Lord Ram, he will help anyone who worships him.
When Hanuman can fly the ocean, he will help you cross your obstacles.
When Hanuman could carry a mountain to cure the injured, he could help you heal your problems. Just hold him in your heart, and he will make sure you are safe.
When Hanuman fights with his son, he will help you win the battles within yourself.
When Hanuman can control all five elements in this universe, he can help you master your mind and thoughts.

I have been through severe mental and physical trauma, and I know my life will hurt me more, test my patience, tear me into pieces and shatter my mind completely.
I’m going to trust myself, and Hanuman will give me the best no matter what.

Happy Birthday, Hanuman. I don’t have any gifts to present to you.
I’m going to ask you.
Please give me the strength and power to control my mind, emotions, and feelings.
Please help me overcome my insecurities, fears, trauma and hurtings.

CSK defeated SRH 4 times in 2018.

10. Every IPL team except CSK have changed their captains within their first ten IPL seasons.
M.S. Dhoni is captaining “Chennai Super Kings” for their 10th season today!

Even though CSK is called the King of IPL and winning their third IPL title in their comeback year (2018), this IPL will give overwhelming happiness and joy to their fans throughout the world. Since they played only one match in the comeback season, this season is going to be more emotional for both the franchise and fans. Chennai fans will celebrate every match played in M. A. Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai like a festival!

Despite having Cricket World Cup happening right after the IPL and Lok Sabha election happening alongside the IPL, this season is going to be very tough for every IPL team.

The coincidence’s between the fourth edition of IPL and ISL!!!!

The synchronism between the “fourth edition” of IPL and ISL is far beyond our imaginary synchronizations!

We all are aware that IPL is the first super successful sporting league in India and the most prolific T20 league on our planet.
But in time, ISL has grown to a far more lot than what the creator’s and owner’s of ISL imagined, in a span of less than half a decade.

IPL and ISL are two different tournaments. The coincidences between these two are making us feel mesmerised by the similar events happened in the fourth season of both Indian Premier League (2011) and Indian Super League (2017-18)!

Chennaiyin. F. C has won the fourth season of ISL for the second time just like their brothers (Chennai Super Kings) from another league who won their second IPL in the fourth IPL edition.

This small comparison between the 4th season of IPL and ISL has led me to make this synchronisation article.

1) The fourth edition of IPL and ISL added 2 new teams, making the tournament a new ten-team format.

2) Bengaluru (RCB, BFC) finished first and Chennai (CSK, CFC) took the second spot in the league standings in both the leagues!

RCB and CSK had 9 winnings in the league standing. Along with them stood the Mumbai Indians. But, CSK and RCB jointly thrashed MI in the qualifying final 1 and 2 matches respectively.
BFC and CFC had lost only 4 matches in the league stage.

3) Chennai collided head-to-head with Bengaluru for the first time in a final match in the fourth edition only.

4) CSK and CFC have won one trophy in their respective tournament before this season.
CSK reached the final for the third time in IPL and CFC for the second time in ISL.
RCB fought hard to reach the IPL final for the second time while BFC reached the final on their maiden ISL season.

5) Chennai crossed the 200 run mark setting a tough target of 206 for RCB to chase, which is the first 200+ score in an IPL final.
The first goal was scored at the 9th minute by BFC which is the fastest goal till date in an ISL final.

6) RCB and BFC played well throughout the season. Even though they could not win the final battle their players proved they are the best in that season.
RCB’s Chris Gayle won the “Player of the series”, while BFC’s skipper Sunil Chhetri won the “Hero of the League”.

7) CSK won their home match and lost the away match against RCB. Since the final happened in Chennai, they again defeated RCB to lift the IPL trophy for the second time.
CFC lost the home match and won the away match against BFC. Since the final happened in Bengaluru, they again defeated BFC to lift the ISL trophy for the second time.
Maybe RCB would have won their maiden IPL title if the match was played at Bengaluru and BFC their debut ISL title if the match was conducted in Chennai!

There were even similarities how BFC and CFC paved their way to the ISL final.

1) It was the Indian football players who helped their team to qualify for the final!

Semi-Final first leg:
BFC scored no goal against FC Pune City ending the game in 0-0.
CFC’s Anirudh Thapa scored an equaliser against FC Goa making the score 1-1.
Semi-Final second leg:
BFC’s captain Sunil Chhetri scored his first hat-trick of this season, making his team enter the final with a 3-1 win against FCPC.
CFC’s Snipper Jeje Lalpekhlua scored two crucial goals after his form-out and Chennai’s local lad Dhanpal Ganesh scored his second goal in the tournament which also happened to be a header made off a set piece ending the game 3-0 in favour of CFC.
Finally, CFC took revenge on FC Goa who made CFC suffer in their first match of this season in their home ground with a score of 3-2.

2) It was not only the Indian players who scored the goals in the semi’s, but it was also the Indian Goal Keeper’s who stood strong by resisting the goals that will make the opponent team enter into the finals.
CFC’s Karanjit Singh and BFC’s Gurpreet Singh played a pivotal role in saving the goals of the opposition in the semi’s and both made one clean sheet for their team in the semi’s!

The losing legacy continues in ISL 2017-18:-

1) The team which has completed first in the ISL league standings has not been the favourites to snatch the ISL trophy.

2) The team that plays the ISL final on their home ground has never got a chance to lift and celebrate the ISL title in front of their home crowd.

While all the eyes were on the return of CSK in IPL after two eyes, surprisingly the CFC has bagged their second ISL trophy in a cool, calm, and composed manner.

Congrats Chennaiyin. F. C for winning the ISL 2017-18 title and let’s all #WhistlePodu for the Chennai Super Kings to perform well in the IPL 2018.

Can Indian Cricket fans wish for a more perfect Valentine day to celebrate the “Love for their Team”?

Indian cricket maniacs are enjoying Valentine’s day, not for one or two reasons. The Indian cricket enthusiasts are overwhelmed that the Indian national cricket team of various divisions are winning matches, trophies and also the hearts of their fans!
We have entered the last day of the second week of 2018’s second month, but Team India has triumphed many victories for the nation.

Even though the sport “Cricket” has a three-dimensional play – batting, bowling, and fielding, the current Indian National Cricket Team are rocking the whole world with a four-dimensional team:
i. Men in Blue,
ii. Women in Blue,
iii. Boys in Blue, and
iv. Blessed (Visual Impairment) Men in Blue.

All the four teams are getting love and support from their fans mainly because of the growth of the internet and social media!
The word LOVE has four alphabets and here are four lovable reasons for the Indian cricket lovers to enjoy this valentines day.

I. India Blind Cricket Team won the BCWC’18!

In the very first month of 2018, the India Blind Cricket Team grabbed the Blind Cricket World Cup (BCWC) for the second time beating the archrival Pakistan Blind Cricket Team in the final!
They are the second team after Pakistan to hold the BCWC twice. India has already met Pakistan in 2014 final to win their maiden BCWC Trophy.
They are the only Champions of Blind World T20 in 2012 & 2017, both the final happened against Pakistan hosted in Bengaluru. They have also won the maiden Blind T20 Asia Cup (2015) against Pakistan at Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium, Kochi.
India played a major role in conducting the Blind Cricket World Cup, be it 40 over or T20I format tournament that they hosted the first two tournaments of BCWC and Blind World T20!
1st BCWC in New Delhi (1998).
2nd BCWC in Chennai (2002).
1st and 2nd Blind World T20 in Bangalore (2012 & 2017).

II. India U-19 Cricket Team won the U19CWC’18!

The very next month, the U-19 Indian Team clinched the U19 Cricket World Cup (U19CWC) under former Indian Cricket Team captain “Rahul the Wall”, who now serves as the U-19 coach. They became the first U-19 side to grab the U19CWC Trophy in four instances (2002, 2008, 2012, 2018).

The coincident between this U-19 India Team and India Blind Cricket Team is that they were unbeaten throughout their respective tournaments.

It was under the teenage Virat’s captaincy, U-19 Indian team lifted the Trophy in 2008. A decade has crossed but still, King Kohli is working hard on grabbing trophies and making his team, and teammates rank top positions in ICC rankings.

III. India Women Cricket Team won the ODI series against the Proteas Women Team in South Africa.

The Women in Blue has won the ODI series against the Proteas Women in SA and qualified in the round one of 2017–20 ICC Women’s Championship. Last year they were the runner-up of the 2017 Women’s Cricket World Cup held in England and Wales.
They were also the runner-up in the WCWC’05 in South Africa.
Women in Blue finished in the bottom four of the inaugural ICC Women’s Championship but that didn’t stop them reaching the 2017 World Cup Final.
They might not have grabbed the WCWC, but throughout the years, they were unbeaten in all the Asia Cup matches consisting of both 50 over and T20I.

IV. Indian Cricket Team getting No. 1 spot in Test and ODI ICC Rankings!

India retained their NO.1 ICC test ranking after winning the third test in India’s tour of South Africa. Even though Proteas won the test series, they can’t make the No.1 position in ICC Test Ranking list, thus Virat Kohli will retain the prestigious ICC Test Championship Mace which was before presented by former India captain and ICC Cricket Hall of Famer Sunil Gavaskar after India beat New Zealand by 321 runs in the third Test to clean sweep the series 3-0 in 12th October 2016.
Kohli became the second Indian after MS Dhoni and overall 10th test captain to grab the ICC Test Championship Mace in 2016!
Under MS Dhoni’ captaincy, India dethroned the No.1 spot from Australia and held the mace in 2010 & 2011.
Kohli said, “It’s an honour and a moment of great pride to receive the ICC Test Championship mace. To be recognised as the best in the traditional form of the game is as good as it gets for any team and stuff that dreams are made of,” after lifting his maiden ICC Test Mace.
From the introduction of the ICC Test Championship in 2001, Australia had the longest steak holding the No.1 Test spot and mace from 2002 to 2009.
On 28th March 2017, Indian test cricket team retained the ICC Test Championship mace and also won a cash award of $1 million for ensuring the top position in the MRF Tyres ICC Test Team rankings on the annual 1 April cut-off date. Again April 1st this year, the Indian test team will be rewarded $1 million by ICC for snatching the No.1 position in ICC Test ranking. This happened only because that India won the last test against the Proteas and if Proteas won the series for 3-0 they would have topped the ranking list, pushing Indian to No.2 position.

After the historic win for the Men in Blue, who won their maiden ODI series on South African soil, which was a battle that was fought for 25 years, Indian ODI team topped the ICC ODI Team Ranking beating the previous No.1 South African team.
With this ODI series win, India overtook Australia’s record of 8 consecutive series, having a streak of 9 wins from June’16!

14th edition of the Asia Cup will be hosted by India for the second time after the 1990–91 tournament. India Team is the defending champions (2016), but this time the tournament will be played in ODI format.
India won the inaugural Asia Cup in 1983 held at Sharjah, UAE. They have reached the final on 9 occasions and winning the Asia Cup Trophy 6 times.
India also won the inaugural Asia Cup (2016) played in T20I format by beating the hosts Bangladesh in final.
India won both the Asia Cup (1983 & 1995) hosted by the UAE.
The irony is that India and Pakistan have never met in an Asia Cup Final. The schedule of the 2018 ACC Asia Cup will be from September 15-30.

Let’s all wish our favourite team’s sportsman a healthy and fit life for their sporting career and a peaceful and happy personal life on this valentine’s day.INDIA

RoHIT keeps on moulding double-ton records more robust!

Till last week, cricket fanatics were busy counting the records created by Virat Kohli as captain, his ODI tons and test double centuries. All of a sudden Virat married the love of his life and the whole world was happy wishing the star couple!

Here is wishing the Cricket Superman Virat Kohli a happy married life and his Lois Lane “Anushka”!

India was about to meet SL in Mohali for second ODI after a terrible record defeat. SL demolished the new Indian batting order in the absence of Kohli and Rahane.
But the new Indian ODI skipper Hitman made outstanding batting innings in 2nd ODI that this Sri Lankan team would be afraid to make India bat the first innings if they have won the toss in any cricketing format.

Following the first ODI win against India in this ODI series in which SL won the toss and choose to bowl first, they again won the toss for the second time and made India bat the first innings.
They forgot the first test match against India in the last test series in which India bounced back after a weakening start and feared Sri Lanka with their skills to draw the match which they thought would win easily. The whole world praised Virat’s captaincy and added that Indian player’s performance was astounding and only a number one test team can make this massive come back.

Indian skippers/players have a very bad habit of defeating the opposing team in a very crucial manner if they showed their game. If Aussies are an expert in sledging during the game, I would say Indian cricketers are expert in exposing their talent on the fields.
We would never forget Yuvraj smashing 6 sixes in an over for the first time in a T20I in Stuart Broad’s over after having a dispute with Andrew Flintoff at the end of last over.

As a kid, I witnessed the Indian Bengal Tiger “Dada” waving his jersey defeating the British in the mighty Lord’s stadium and it is one of India’s greatest cricket moments in history.
As a teenager, I witnessed the world’s best captain MS Dhoni who keeps on getting cool after every win.
He is the first captain to kiss the inaugural ICC WC-T20 Trophy and also the first captain to grab both WC trophies – ODI & T20, thus making team India the first team that has grabbed all three WC trophies (60 over, 50 over, and 20 over)

At each situation, India has produced talented cricket captain who is very special in their way of playing the game and approach towards the game.
Now we all are witnessing the Chasing Expert also known as Run Machine grabbing trophies for the nation and working hard to make India stand first in all three formats of ICC ranking.
Whenever Kohli enters the ground he wouldn’t leave the field without creating a new record or breaking the old ones. He even digs out old records and breaks them which are created almost 7 decades ago.
Creating records as a batsman and as skipper, making tons in ODI, and creating double tons in the test are his recent hobbies!
People say he is in thirst for runs, but I think he is in thirst for arranging trophies for his nation!

When SL chooses to bowl first, they forgot Rohit’s 264 against SL on 13th Nov 2014.
Till now his highest ODI score of 264 runs is unbeaten! Further to this he also scored yet another double ton in an ODI against Aussies in 2013 which also happened in November month. He registered his name first in the book of batsman who made more than one double ton!

The first batsman to open the record book of scoring a double ton (ODI) is none other than the God of Cricket, “Sachin Tendulkar”. The Master Blaster was also the first batsman to remain not out after his maiden double ton. His biopic “Sachin – A Billion Dreams” was made under his banner name “200 Not Out” Productions!
The second batsman to register the name in this list was Sachin’s opening batsman partner Virender Sehwag, becoming the first Captain to score a double ton!
Rohit became the third Indian and cricketer to register his name in this legendary book of scoring ODI double ton, but nevertheless, we knew that he will add his name again for the second time the very next year.

Forget about test cricket runs because score a century or double ton is not a big thing because you will get more overs and lot more time.
When it comes to the white ball, scoring runs becomes crucial.
Scoring 50 runs in an ODI is somewhat easy but not very easy one. Converting a half-century to a century is not as easy as compared to making a half-century.
Sachin is the only cricketer to have 100 centuries comprising of 51 test tons and 49 ODI tons. Making ODI century is a big milestone for every cricketer. After the introduction of T20I players are keen on making a T20I century to show their batting skills. But still, the madness for making an ODI ton is damn high and has become toughened in the years due to the variety of bowling techniques shown by the bowlers!
And there is still some batsman like Virat Kohli who makes an ODI ton as a daily activity.
But when it comes to making a double ton, it’s a mammoth thing for even the world’s best batsman. Only 5 batsmen have scored double hundred in ODI. Among them, one is Rohit Sharma who has reached this height three times.

Rohit was made as the Indian ODI Team Captain for the first time because Kohli was given rest. It is definitely a disheartening day when India lost to SL in the first ODI! In fact, Dhoni and Kohli started their maiden Captaincy with a loss. But it’s all part of the sport.
The SL captain won the toss again and opted to bowl by keeping in mind the previous victory. This time he misjudged the Indian batting order and Rohit’s captaincy talent. But Sri Lanka learnt a lesson not to judge Indians with the play of a single inning. At the post-match presentation, the SL skipper Thisara Perera appreciated Rohit’s marvellous batting.
This became Rohit’s first century in Mohali beating the highest score in this ground by Kohli (154*) in New Zealand tour of India at Chandigarh on Oct 23, 2016.

The second wedding anniversary day for Rohit has turned into his first win as Indian Skipper and the day he made a double century for the third time.
He played hard with his bat to make a double ton and a win for his team. But he was damn lucky that his wife witnessed him enjoying with the bat and made his first double ton after their marriage and winning the game along the cheering Mohali crowd who was enjoying the sixer rain of Indian batsman.

Many men can’t even dream of scoring a double ton in ODI and no wife in the universe can get a better gift than her husband making a double century on their wedding anniversary that too witnessing with the naked eyes on the stands!
In the post-match presentation, he said he dedicates this double century to his wife, but was happier playing as an opening batsman and making the team reach a higher total and next to that only he enjoyed the win as a captain!

These are some of the charts Rohit wrote his name before hitting his third double ton!

When Rohit scored his maiden double ton (209) against the Aussie he made 16 sixers and 12 boundaries. He became the first India batsman to top the most number of six (16) in ODI sharing the spot with the Proteas’ ABD and Windies’ Gayle, who both play under Virat’s captaincy for RCB in the IPL!

He also tops the chart for making the highest number of fours (33) in ODI while opposing the Lankans and scored his ODI highest 264 at India’s home of cricket, the “Eden Gardens” Kolkata. The second place is shared by the Indian ex-opening duo Sachin and Sehwag who smashed 25 boundaries when they both scored their first and only double ton!

No one expected that India would provide such a massive target for the Lankans to chase after the first over was made maiden by the skipper Rohit.
The Indian Gabbar Dhawan was caught for 68 runs while attempting to hit the ball hard. The opening duo Dhawan and Rohit made 115 runs off 127 balls and Rohit didn’t even make his half-century at that time!

The new player Shreyas Iyer teamed with Rohit making a 213 runs partnership for the second wicket!
Rohit has four 200+ run partnership with Kohli. Three times for 2nd wicket pair and one time in 2014 for 3rd wicket pair.
All the four 200+ run partnership of Rohit and another batsman for the second wicket pair came in 2016 & 2017! The Mumbai Indian player Shreyas made his International ODI debut in the previous match and got out for 9.
But in this match, he paired up with his IPL skipper and made a 213 partnership off just 146 balls. Shreyas missed his maiden century by short of 12 runs was caught when he tried to hit the ball for a boundary!
The moment when the IPL rivalry CSK and MI fans enjoyed the most was when Dhoni came in as number 4 and he enjoyed Rohit making sixers! He got LBW soon. But the Mohali crowd witnessed a huge sixer by the Helicopter shot maker MS Dhoni. Then came Rohit’s another IPL mate Hardik Pandya, who has become a specialist if hitting hat-trick sixers in the recent times. In this match, he made only a boundary and was caught the last ball of the innings while trying for a sixer.
Mohali fans enjoyed the sixer and boundary rain by the Indian batsman’s while the social media caught fire of making memes, trolls and wishing Rohit’s most impressive batting. He got shifted to sports gear when he reached a century and took only 36 balls to convert his it into a double century, while he took 115 balls to reach 100!

Rohit completed his 50 runs with a four, 100 runs by running two runs, 150 by hitting a sixer, and finally 200 by running a single! He kissed the ring finger after making 100, 200 and showed to his wife!
He smashed a six to make India cross the 300 runs mark!

No batsman made mistake themselves to lose the wicket, everyone got out when trying to make a bigger shot! Dhawan, Shreys, Pandya was caught while attempting for a six and Dhoni was given LBW when trying to hit a sixer!
All the 5 Indian batsmen have made at least one four or one six in this innings!

Rohit has partnered with both Dhawan and Kohli providing twelve 100+runs partnership and nine 50+runs partnership with each partner.

India has scored 390+ runs in 6 instances so far (418, 413, 412, 404, 401, 392) .
This innings’ 392 run is the seventh highest total for India and became the highest total (ODI) of 2017 so far!
In 2017 Indian cricket team has 10 matches with 300+ runs levelling England’s first position.

In 1996, India was the last team among the top 8 cricket team to score 300+ ODI runs.
It took 283 ODI for India to reach first 300+ ODI runs. India’s first 300+ score was 305 for five against Pakistan in Sharjah in April 1996.
Now the “Men in blue” are the first to make 100 ODI matches with 300+ plus team total, becoming the first to achieve the feat, Australis stands second (96) on the list!
Out of these 100 matches, 46 came from home, secondly comes South Africa with 44 matches with 300+ total at home.

Rohit made his first double ton under Dhoni’s captaincy, second under Virat’s and third under his own! After scoring this third double ton the Indian opener registered his name in many record books.

1) Rohit tops the list for most sixes (ODI) in a calendar year for India – 45*
Rohit – 45* (2017)
Sachin – 41 (1998)
Ganguly – 35 (2000)
Dhoni – 34 (2005)

2) He created a record of scoring 150+ run in 5 years consecutively.
2013 – 209 vs AUS
2014 – 264 vs SL
2015 – 150 vs SA
2016- 171 vs AUS
2017 – 208* vs SL
This is also his highest score in that calendar year!
He is the third batsman to have five 150+ runs in ODI after Sachin Tendulkar and David Warner.

3) He adds his name second to the book of most hundreds (6*) in a calendar year by Indian. Sachin leads the record with 9 tons in 1998. Kohli also has 6 hundred this year.

4) He entered the 9th place in the book of most ODI sixers sharing the spot with former Aussies captain Ricky Ponting.

5) He became the first captain to remain not out after making a double ton.

6) With this third double ton, he joins the league of most 180+ scores (3) in ODI with Martin Guptill!
Vivian Richards and Sachin Tendulkar have two 180+ score each!

7) Rohit became the first skipper to take fewest ODI to score a maiden double ton – 2!
He also joins Virat and Gambhir who took 2 matches to make their maiden ton as Indian skipper.

8) People say that the 13th day of a month is auspicious for evil. But in case of Lankan cricketers, Rohit is the deadly evil.
On 13th Nov 2014, he smashed his highest ODI personal off 151 balls. Again on 13th Dec 2017, he smashed his double ton as a skipper off 151 balls.

9) He created a new ODI history for making 100+ runs twice in last ten over and both happened against SL.
110 runs – 2014
107 runs – 2017

Thank God Virat was not in this game, or else the Virat-Rohit duo will give goosebumps to the Indian fans while running in the crease.
And just imagine what if Virat joined the game with much anger after the first match terrible batting collapse. Already he was in good batting form and is in splendid form against SL and was tensed that he missed his maiden 300 in test due to childish act of the Lankans who was afraid of Kohli’s batting and captaincy performance. There were chances that the total would have been higher if Kohli played along Rohit in this innings.

When the commentators were debating whether Rohit would make a double century under his own captaincy, he was focused on setting a tremendous total for SL to chase. He feared the Lankan bowlers not with single or twos and not even by making boundaries. He was aiming to make every ball fly towards the crowd irrespective of the direction. I was getting fear that the ball may turn high hitting the edge, but he was busy giving goosebumps to the Lankans. I think they would not have slept peacefully that night.
At first, when Rohit made four consecutive six in Lakmal over, I thought he was wishing Yuvraj a belated bday in his style. He became the second Indian after Zaheer to hit four consecutive sixes in an ODI. Zaheer made the record against Zimbabwe in 2000.
The funny connection between these two records is that there was a wide ball provided by the bowlers who can’t handle the heat of Indian batsman.

In the test, Kaip Dev (1990) has hit four consecutive sixes. Dhoni (2006) and Hardik Pandya (2017) has hit three continuos sixers.

At this time we should be proud of the new Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya who has hit hat-trick sixer for four times in four months:
1) 4 Jun’17 – v Imad Wasim in the CT league match INDvsPAK;
2) 18 Jun’17 -v Shadab Khan in the CT final INDvsPAK;
3) 3 Aug’17 – v Pushpakumara in the 2nd Test, India tour of Sri Lanka;
4) 17 Sep’17 -v Adam Zampa in the 1st ODI, Australia tour of India.

Rohit batting stats were far behind our synchronising thoughts. Since13/12 is his wedding date and is that the reason he made 13 fours and 12 sixes in this innings?

Rohit is the only batsman who has carried the ball for all 50 overs of an ODI that ended in a victory!
“Carry the ball” is a term used in the cricketing sport denoting that the opening batsman remains alive throughout the innings.
Sunil Gavaskar, Sehwag, Dravid and Pujara are the other Indians who have achieved this milestone but in the tests.

There is no more doubt that this “Hitman” can make a triple ton in ODI! The day is no far longer for this double ton hero who done it thrice when the whole world was just dreaming about it!

Virat Kohli’s half-ton of centuries!

Virat Kohli is a human for millions, but he is a Superman for billions. Not the DC Superman, he is a self-made Super (Sport) Man. Because of his extraordinary performance on the ground, people now have a doubt, “Is he really an alien”?

I planned to wish Kohli for his 29th bday by making an article about him, but I postponed it to publish after winning the Paytm Cup (T20I) versus New Zealand. And again I delayed just to know about his #One8crew event.
On 9th November in his hometown New Delhi, he launched his new sports clothing brand “One8” worth Rs. 110 crore in collaboration with Puma, a German multinational company and became the first Indian sportsman to sign a deal worth Rs. 100 crore with a single brand.
Just like Usain Bolt, Puma sponsors and makes all the customised merchandise for Kohli.
The costliest deal in Indian cricket history is Kohli’s bat (Genius VK 18) deal with MRF.
Adidas signed Kohli as their brand ambassador in 2013 after sponsoring Sachin for 16 years. In 2016 they launched a new cricket campaign with Kohli in India targeting the ICC WT20 WC (host – India) called #FeelLoveUseHate. Later he was removed from the brand ambassador of the company in 2017 and thus Puma India grabbed Virat with a great deal.
Here I finally published my article in a manner to celebrate his half-ton century in International Cricket!

We all know that VK captained Indian Cricket Team won the U-19 Cricket World Cup’08 played in Malaysia and grabbed the second title for India.
He was the one who carried the Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar on his shoulder and walked the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai, after the victorious win of the ICC Cricket World Cup’11 after 28 years.
Virat said, “He has carried the burden of the nation for 21 years. It is the time we carried him on our shoulders!
We obviously would remember Kohli kissing his bat and showing it towards his girlfriend Anushka Sharma after scoring a test ton on the Aussie soil against them, and Indian Cricket Team exit from the World Cup’15 when Virat scored one run against Australia in the second semi-final match. Next day when Kohli landed in Mumbai, he was seen with his girlfriend Anushka Sharma holding her hands. This was an act of a pure gentlemanship. He may be the aggression King, but this proved he too have a soft side for his close ones.
When media and many other social pages blamed his girlfriend for not performing well in matches, Kohli for the first time got aggressive on his social platform on 28th March’16 and slammed everyone by posting, “Shame on people for trolling Anushka Sharma non-stop. Have some compassion. She has always only given me positivity.” on his social profile
Usually, celebrities will think of the royal image and dignity before sharing their personal things in public. Even in this matter, Kohli stands as an exceptional one.

We all knew him as an aggressive sportsman/captain on the field, off the field he is a brilliant businessman and a philanthropist too!

On 30th March’13, he started a charitable foundation called “Virat Kohli Foundation” (VKC) that aim towards the development of underprivileged kids. On the same day, the first charity football match was conducted by Virat’s VKC to raise funds for Magic Bus Organisation.
May’14 – VKF was part of a charity auction conducted by eBay and Save the Children, India.
On March’16 he visited Abhalmaya old-age home in Pune during his IPL match and vowed to offer his complete support and take care of the foundation during the rest of the year.
May’16 – VKC partnered with Smile Foundation to host the biggest Charity Gala Dinner to support children and youth empowerment,
On August’17 Kohli donated a signed bat of his to the Shahid Afridi Foundation.

Kohli has not even completed a 10-year cycle in international cricket, but he has earned the name “best batsman of all cricketing time period across all the three formats”!
He is called as the Run Machine, King Kohli, and Chasing Expert, and Aggression Captain.
Apart from on-field and off-field, Kohli has sculptured himself each day and every match of his life which was all his father’s dream.
Kohli used to do a batting at the age of three and ask his father to bowl him seeing the matches on TV. When he was nine years old the neighbour people suggested his father that Kohli should join in a professional cricket coaching centre seeing his talents in Gully Cricket. In 9th grade, he changed his school just for the sake of getting better sports practise in the new school. His father was the one who drove him to practice every day and was his biggest support.
Unfortunately, his father was passed away due to a brain stroke on 18 Dec’06.

His number 18 in his jersey is not his number but the memories and the dream of his father. Virat is superstitious and he has agreed that to the public.

In a 2006 Ranji Trophy match between Delhi and Karnataka (in Feroz Shah Kotla stadium), Delhi was under a very critical situation of 14-4 and Virat ended the day’s play on 40. The sad news came that his father Prem Kohli (54) passed away at 3 AM due to brain stroke after being bed-ridden for a month.
When he came back to play for the day his teammates were surprised and said he will be more needed at home, but he was much more needed in the match.
But he said he wanted to bat!
Before lunch, he was given out at 90, being played for 281 minutes and faced 238 balls. His play has already saved his team from trouble. But the replay showed that the bat had brushed the pad.
At around 12 PM, he watched the replay of his dismissal in the dressing room once and convinced that he was not out, shook his head, quietly removed his pads and told his teammates he was now heading back.
His teammates were sad he missed a ton and the opponent players praised his commitment towards his team.

This was the day when an 18-year-old boy transformed from a sports teenager into an aggressive machine.
He could have left the match and went to his home, but he didn’t go because he wanted to make his dad’s dream come true and make him proud of his play.
It’s not easy to control emotions and concentrate on a gameplay, but Virat beautifully played his game with at most dedication towards the goal of his father.
People may think he loved Cricket more than his dad, but his dad was the one who fed cricket into Virat by taking him to the coaching each day of his life.
His decision of playing the game for his team that day has made him the man today, who the country loves and who is an inspiration for millions all over the world. People call him the best chaser only because he chased the dreams of his father that day.
Virat’s mother said, he has completely changed after that day.

Indian cricket team has produced differently talented captains for our country in the different cricketing era. Each of them had their own captainship skills and added honour to the Country in their own styles.
When Dhoni retired from the test Kohli was made captain and he slammed every test match with his default aggression both as a batsman and captain.
When Dhoni opted out of captaincy completely, not only the Indian cricket fans but fans all over the world had a question, “Will Kohli takes the future Indian Team a step ahead of Dhoni “?
If Dhoni is called the best finisher in a match/innings. According to me, Kohli is the best finisher in a series/tournament.
Kohli has a bad habit of having a bad start of a series, but he closes the series by unleashing his maximum potential both in batting and captainship.

Every time when he comes to play I think of what record is he going to make or what record he is going to break.
